Cooking bits

So you say its easy? Cooking you mean? I wish!
How many cooking classes did my dear nonna take before she was able to measure/figure out ingredients on her own!?
Once I think I have everything I need, there still seems to be a lot more to do, buy, make, or chop!
I hope that once I finish school, I can have more time to add my own "sazon" and train my senses!
I only take after my mother (in the non chef dept), but my dad has put on the chef hat ever since I can remember.
Nonsense, it'll come! I shall not give up! I shall try this dish once again! (possibly in a week)
